Bear Swimming Workout 051612
Celebratory workout ! Warmup:"5" x 50 freestyle as follows ; 1) Easy/build 2) Build/burst 3)Easy/burst 4) Burst/build 5) Fast/Fast. Drill Set : "16" laps -100 of each stroke Non Stop . Main Set : "66" Laps " Davis Mile - Evens : IM order. start with 11 laps Free,250 (200 IM plus 50 fly), 225 free, 200 fly,175 free,150 IM,125 Free,100 im,75 free,50 Im ,25 free done............ warm down.
