BEAR SWIMMING Workout 022513
Dryland and stretching, 200 Swim Freestyle, 100 Backstroke. 12 x 50 Sprints IM order, 4 x 75 kick IM order,200 pull - long axis. 12 x 25 from the deck or blocks and in water for back,(4 x 3 IM Order) . 200 Hypoxic, 200 long axis stroke drill: 3 stroke + 6 kick),4 x 100 IM -first and last for time. 4 x 100 free descend . 200 warm down
