BEAR SWIMMING Workout 042215
Dynamic stretching and light dryland core strengthening. Warmup 321 : 300 Swim choice,200 Pull,100 Kick. "Earth Day" set : 4 x 50 IMO with getouts and "Earthy crunches" x 10 after each 25. 6 x 100 Free with 10 pushups after each 100. 8 x 125 Bubble IM's with 6 dry leaps of faith after each 125. 6 x 50 Kick -odds tombstone,evens dolphin kick with 10 Iron crosses after each 50. 300 pull- long axis , 2 x 25 skimmers. 1 x 25-50 Hypoxic. 200 warm down.
