BEAR SWIMMING Workout 110314
POST MEET EVALUATIONS for those who attended. Stretching and Light Dryland core strengthening. Warmup 321 - 300 Swim, 200 Pull, 100 Kick. Stroke Monday (We will focus on Butterfly this week) . 12 x 50 alternating stroke and drill . 6 x 75 Kick( flutter Evens,Dolphin odds). 2 x 50 Stickels drill,2 x 50 fist drill,2 x 25 hypoxic. 2 x 100 Kick on side alternating by 25. 200 Free ! 150 free w/ underwater flips.200 warm down.
