CUBS / Blue group Workout # 1202

150  Warmup     Freestyle odds , drill free on evens (by 25's).       100 One Arm (dead arm drill) breathing on opposite side only,switch each 25.                 Kick 200: work on underwater pushoffs and streamlines.Flip turns are recommended.  Buddy pull by 2 x 25  .               Line drill or "chase the tail" x One round. 10 x 25 freestyle.               Vertical kicking by 1:30    , Wall kicking x 1:30,  Missile bobs x 20   ,      Short axis stroke work Breast plus drill, Butterfly plus drill.   Free time and cool down  !!!!

  1. Nice to see so many new faces yesterday at practice ! I officially had to split the cub group from the Blue group ! The cubs will be working on strengthening their kick and learning proper body position. The Blues will be working hard gearing up for the home meet. Thanks, Pat M.
