Bear Swimming Workout 041912

Warm up : 300 Catch up, Drill set : 4 x 50 one arm butterfly alternating by 25. 100 IM for time-then hold that pace for 2 more , total of 3 .Kick set: 400 on back 75 of each stroke plus 100 im kick., 4 x 100 Free for time ,then hold for 3 more... 4 total., Freestyle rotation drills x 200,. 6 x 75 : 1st one for time ,then hold for 5 more., 1 arm drill- 200(4x50)alternating back and free by 50,. 10 x 50 free all out.,warm down :kds rimo 300 Good job everyone, as usual cubs and blues do half of set.
