Bear Swimming Workout 051412

Warmup: 400 freestyle . Time Trials : Depending on lane availability. or Drill set : 2 x 50 one arm free - dead arm drill,breathing on opposite side. 2 x50 Br. drill 2 kick per arm cycle. 2 x 50 Back drill -SGT drill 2 x 50 Fly drill One arm,other arm then 2 arms. Kick set : 4 x 100 Burst ,build,easy , fast. Main set : 20 x 50 descend each group 1 thru 4 repeat 5 times. 10 x 100 descend within each 3 , repeat 3x Last 100 Butterfly. Cool down
