BEAR SWIMMING Workout 102512

Stretching, Dryland , Core Strengthening ..... med balls, resistance bands. Aquatic Warmup : 300 ; 100 freestyle, 100 reverse IM,100 freestyle. Kick Set : 24 x 25's : 6 of each stroke on a tight interval. Drill Set : Long Axis 100 yds., Short Axis 100 yards -choice of stroke-choice of drill. Main Set : 4 x 25 Fly, 4 x 50 back,4 x 50 breast stroke , 4 x 100 freestyle. 100 free,2 x 50 Breast,2 x 50 Back,2 x 25 Butterfly. Breath Control set- no breather 25's . tug of war Cool down.
