Aquatic Warmup 3,2,1 - 300 Swim (choice),200 Pull, 100 Kick. 400 Kick : 200 on back,200 on front or side. 4 x 50 Freestyle on 1:00, 2 x 100 Freestyle 0n 2:00,1 x 400 IM tba. Drill Set : 2 x 50 Backstroke -buddy push(working on connectivity). Short Axis drill set : 4 x 50 alternating Breast and Fly drills.Strength set : 6 x 25 SPRINT FREE - odds 4 wallups,evens 4 pushups.Hypoxic set 300 (3,5,7,9,7,5)by 50. 300 warmdow. 2850 yards
