BEAR SWIMMING Workout 090513

Light Stretching and dryland. Warmup 321 : 300 swim, 200 pull, 100 kick . 100 fly for time. 20 x 50's from a dive w/ tight interval. 4x 100 stroke kick -no board. 300 kds rimo. 2 x 400 (one free, one IM) . Starts and turns. 300 hypoxic,200 warm down.
