BEAR SWIMMING Workout 100713
Stretching and light dryland core strengthening. Warmup : 222 - 200 swim , 200 pull,200 kick. 5 x ( 50 free on 1:00,75 free on 1:00,50 free on 1:00, then 25 free on 1:00). Kick set 4 x 125 - 75 Kick stroke + 50 swim of that stroke. IM order. Drill set : long axis combo drill x 200. Strength set 8 x 50 with 10 pushups after each 50. 1 st 4 IMO,2nd 4 Freestyle. 300 warmdown.
