BEAR SWIMMING Workout 052814

Quick and condensed stretch. standard warmup -321 300 Swim,200 Pull,100 Kick . 4x 100 kick 25 easy 75 hard -alternating flutter and dolphin by 100. 10 x 50 free on a tight interval.4 x 75 short axis drill set. 10 x 25 sprint free on the 30 second interval. 200 free 3 strokes ,6 kicks. 300 warm down.
