BEAR SWIMMING Workout 102014

Stretching and light Dryland. Warmup - 321 - 300 Swim, 200 Pull, 100 Kick. Today is "Stroke Monday", the stroke we will focus on is freestyle. 10 x 100 Freestyle on 1:45. 20 x 50 on 1:00, 6 x 50 Kick on 1:00. 8 x 100 on 1:40, 4 x 50 Kick on the 55. 300 warm down.
