BEAR SWIMMING Workout 021815

Stretching and light Dryland core strengthening. Warmup: 2 x 150 choice,2 x 100 kick,3 x 100 pull long axis. Main set: 5 x 125 as follows: 25 swim stroke(Butterfly),then 100 freestyle.#2 : 50 Stroke,75 swim free.#3 : 75 Stroke,50 free. #4 : 100 Stroke,25 free. # 5 : 125 stroke. Short axis drill set: 4 x 100. 4 x 50 Variable kicking.200 hypoxic. 200 warm down.
