BEAR SWIMMING Workout 051315
Dynamic stretching and light dryland core strengthening.Warmup 321 - 300 Swim, 200 Pull,100 Kick. 5 x 15 yard Bursts(freestyle). 13 x 50 Sprint on the minute(strokes to be called out). 5 x 100 Kick w/ fins, 15 x 50 Sprints with fins(stroke to be called out). 300 BC pull. 200 short axis drill. 6 in and outs. 200 warm down.
