J Hardy inspired main set : 12 x 100 Free set : 3 @ 1:40 leaving on the 1:45. 3 @ 1:35 leaving on the 1:40. 2 @ 1:30 leaving on the 1:35. 2 @ 1:25 leaving on the 1:30. 1 @ 1:20 leaving on the 1:25. 1 @ 1:15. Pull set : 2 x 200 #1) 200 with a breathe control component #2) Backstroke pull 50 scull(25 v - sit,25 front scull) . 200 Warm down. 2,900 yds.
