BEAR SWIMMING Workout 070615

Dynamic Stretch and quick dryland core strengthening. Warmup : 12 x 50 RIMO (drill down,Swim back). 6 x 75 Kick (flutter,breast,flutter + dolphin,breast,dolphin) repeat x 3. Main set : T - 30 (timed swim). Juniors : T -20. 100 easy choice. 300 Pull (medium pace). 12 x 25 sprints. 200 warm down.
