BEAR SWIMMING Workout 051616 #500

Today is 5 k day. 1000 #1 SKIPS : 200 swim, 200 kick,200 IM,200pull,200 swim. 1000 #2 10 x 100 Freestyle on the 1:25 1000 #3 10 x 100 IM 1000 #4 5 x 100 kick plus 5 x 100 pull. Last 1000 5 x 100 Freestyle (odds-drill) plus 5 x 100 choice warm down. Juniors ans Seniors only. Cubs,Blue and Gold will swim up to 2.5 k. Practice will start at 4:30 today for those swimming the 5 k.
