BEAR SWIMMING Workout 102016

Dynamic stretching and light dryland core strengthening. Warmup 321 : 300 Swim,200 Pull, 100 Kick. 4x( 200 IM,50 stroke Kick sprint,100 Free, 50 stroke). 5 second interval,15 in between sets. 321 Pull (#1 300 breathe as much as you want. #2 200 Breath every 7 strokes. #3 100 Breathe every 11 strokes.) 12 x 25 sprints on the 30(IMO). 200 warm down.
