BEAR SWIMMING 050417

Dynamic stretching and light Dryland core strengthening. Warmup 321 : 300 Swim, 200 Pull,100 kick. Today is Strength Thursday, we will do a series of race pace training and get out and do dryland in between. Blue and gold will focus on Stroke School( breast stroke) today. Warm down : 2 x 300 drill or easy swim.
