BEAR SWIMMING Workout 091817

Dynamic stretching and breast stroke scrunch drill. Warmup : 321. 300 choice swim, 200 Pull,100 Kick. Todays set will be a Breast stroke clinic reviewing points from this weekends Fitter & Faster Tour . 12 x 50 Sprints and a 300 warm down conclude today's practice.
