BEAR SWIMMING Workout 110817
Dynamic stretching and light Dryland core strengthening. 321 warmup: 300 choice swim, 200 long axis pull or short axis drill,100 Kick. Pyramid in this order : swim, hybrid,kick variation,pull. 50,100,200,400,500. Then switch order and run through as many times as we can in 1.5 hours. Please sign up for srva meet dec.11-12 in San Ramon. Bear is counting on a strong showing at our last meet of 2017. Swim Fast . This is our first rainy day practice !
