BEAR SWIMMING Workout 020818. PVHS.

Dynamic stretching and light dryland core strengthening. Warmup : 321 300 Choice swim.200 Pull or Drill,100 Kick. Main set:4X 4 x 50 of each stroke plus a 100 IM.Odds we sprint the 50's,and active rest swim the 100. Evens we build the 50's and sprint the IM's. Kick sprints 12 x 50 Callouts. Pull set : 2 x 200 (200 back,200 free). Drill set : 4 x 100 stroke drills. 300 warm down.
