BEAR SWIMMING Workout& Team Announcement 060418
We are moving the Team Meeting to next Wed. 06/13/2018 6:30-7:00 Please attend. Tonight’s set : Dynamic stretching and light dryland core strengthening. Warmup : 12 x 50’s Swim/ Kick or Swim/Drill. Main set will be a pyramid. 25 heads up free,50 Scull, 75 Fly, 100 Free, 200 IM, 300 Kick, 400 IM drill,500 Free. 4 x 100 Pull, 300 stroke sandwich,200 breaststroke drill,100 Fly,75 back,50 breast, 25 hypoxia. 200 choice warm down .
