Warmup: 321 300 Swim Choice, 200 Pull,100 Kick. Sprint focus today: 25’s,50’s and 75’s. Breakouts,Turns and early freestyle catch will be addressed. Kick set : TLD “ triple leg death”. 50 easy Scull. 3 x 200 Pull Set. Warm down.
