Dynamic stretching and light dryland core strengthening. Warmup:321 or 222. Main set : 6x 100’s and 3x 200’s (Free & IM focus) interval training. 12 x 50 Sprint kicks on the minute.Choice Drill Set 300y. Fun set: 25’s from a deep water start. 300 warm down.
