BEAR SWIMMING Workout 062921

Standard 321 Warmup : 300 choice swim, 200 pull or drill, 100 kick. Main set : 4 x 200 w/ 4 x 50 in between . Swim the 200- then 4 x 50 if next stroke on descending interval ( 200 fly + 4 x 50 backstroke, ect) . Triple Leg death . 300 choice drill. Starts and sprints . 300 warm down.

  1. Not sure what was tougher .... The 200 Breaststroke or 200 Butterfly LCM this morning. Battle ropes,Bands and speed ropes along with a tough Leg set comprised a quality baseline workout. We will introduce interval training as soon as everyone has developed their “feel” for the water again. After 15 months off, it’s like starting over. Be patient.
