BEAR SWIMMING Workout 031113

Stretching, Dryland core strengthening, then aquatic warmup of 3,2,2 - 300 Swim, 200 pull,200 kick. We are then going to rehearse perfect starts and turns as needed for competition. Individual meet video review,while teammates are practicing.Drill set : 200 dead arm rotation drill,200 3 stroke ,6 kick backstroke,200 breaststroke drill with the odds being kick only on back. 6 x 50 free on the 1:00. 6 x 75 on the 1:30. 200 IM,300 KDS- RIMO. 200 warm down. Great Swims this weekend at the Pentathalon !
