Stretching, Dryland,Core strengthening. 200 choice swim. 4 x 200 IM - odds drill , evens swim. 5 x 100 free descend 1-3 then # 4 easy,#5 fast. 6 x 100 Kick - fins optional. 8 x 25 sprint to be called out. 200 breath control ,pattern 3,5,7,9, x 50. 300 warm down .
