BEAR SWIMMING Workout 041013

Stretching and light dryland. 300 KDS Rimo warmup. 4 x 200 alternating freestyle and IM,ten seconds rest in between. 2 x 400(each 400 is comprised of 1 x 200 IM + 100 free then 100 back)10 seconds rest in between.400 Flutter kick. 4 x 100 Hypoxic set. 300 warm down
