BEAR SWIMMING Workout 041513

Stretching and dryland. 300 swim warmup. 13 x 50's descend 1-6, then 7 through 13(tight intervals of 5 seconds). In observation of the Boston tragedy today (26 laps for the 26 miles of the Boston Marathon). 650 Kick (1 lap sprint ,1 lap medium pace) Fins and boards allowed for 350,other 300 with swim socks. Pull 200 free. 1 x 200 IM for time. 300 KDS - RIMO , 300 warm down
