BEAR SWIMMING Workout 050813

Stretching and light dryland. Planks,squats,crunches and other core strengthening excecises. Aquatic Warmup : 200 non free. Main set : Part 2 of our May LQS . 6012 strokes(approximately 300 laps for Junior /Seniors,Approximately 200 laps for Gold group ! 600 kick,400 drill -100 each stroke,300 warm down.
