BEAR SWIMMING Workout 071614

Dynamic and static stretching.Warmup: 300 swim 25,kick 25. "Speed Wednesday" 25 One Hundreds. 5 x 100 Swim(descend 1-3,then one easy,one fast). 5 x 100 IM same order. 5 x 100 Freestyle(middle 100 - 3 stroke,6 kick drill).5 x 100 Pull. 5 x 100 Kick(alternating dolphin and flutter on back by 50). 200 warm down.
