Light Stretching: Dynamic and Static. "Strength Thursday" 9 x 200 3x(150 free,50 stroke), 3x(125 free,75 stroke), 3x (100 free/100 stroke) all stroke is IM order,intervals to be determined. 5 x 200 1) 200 breaststroke 2)Kick 3) Pull 4) Kick 5) Backstroke. 200 warm down .
