BEAR SWIMMING Workout 040915

Light dynamic stretching and dryland core strengthening. Warmup 500; 100 Swim,100 Kick,100 pull,100 kick,100 swim. Freestyle Sharkfin drill 2 x 100 ,first 100 :6 kick switch,second 100 12 kick switch. Triple Leg Death : 1 x 50 Free with HUGE overkick. 1 x 50 alternating keeping one foot out of the water x 25. 2:00 Vertical kick (one minute medium,one minute fast). 4 x 25 flutter kick with tombstone board with overkick ,climb out and do 4 burpees,repeat. 50 easy choice. 8 x 25 Short axis sprints with climbouts or wallups x 6 after each 25. 6 x 25 In and outs. 300 BC . 2 x 100 IM (First for time,second drill). 200 warm down.
