BEAR SWIMMING Workout 042715

Quick dynamic stretch,then into the water for a 500 yard warmup (300 Free + 200 IM) . 5 x 50 Butterfly on the 50. 400 (4 x 100 kick IM order)5 sec. rest interval between 100's. 5 x 50 Backstroke on the 50. 300 Pull (4 x 75 ) 5 sec. rest interval. 200 IM. 5 x 50 Freestyle on the 45. 200 pull, 300 warm down.
