BEAR SWIMMING Workout 0201416
Dynamic stretching and light drylands core strengthening. Warmup: 321 . Main set "Ladder" : 100 Kick on side,200 IM, 300 stroke drill, 400 free,500 (400 IM plus 100 free).400 pull,300 kick w/ board,200 free w/ underwater flips,100 Breast,50 scull, 25 sprint free. Seniors/Juniors dryland activity between each part of ladder. warm down.
