BEAR SWIMMING Workout 021116

Dynamic stretching and drylands core strengthening. Warmup: 321 - 300 choice swim, 200 pull,100 kick. 4 x 50 free plus dryland activity. 6 x 75 stroke plus dryland activity. 5 x 100 IM plus dryland activity. 5 x 50 kick plus dryland,5 x 50 kick plus dryland. 200 stroke drill. 2 x 50 kicking on back w/ arms up. 2 x 50 heads up free. 12 x 25 sprint callouts. 200 warm down.
