BEAR SWIMMING Workout 081417

Dynamic stretching and light Dryland core strengthening. Warmup will be a 3 x 200 Choice swim,Long axis pull,and kick set varying strokes and focusing on that " feel" of the water. 2x (6 x 75), first group all free, second group IM less free. Smooth,med.,fast twice. 2 x 4 - 50 sprint kicks on the .50. 50 piston kick with mid scull arms. 300 free with a Hypoxic building pattern x 50. 2 x 200 drill ( one long axis, one short axis). 12 x 25 from a dive( callouts). 3 minute vert kick w/ arms straight up.50 over kick.6 Salo in and outs. 200 warm down.
