BEAR SWIMMING Workout 081717

Dynamic stretching and light Dryland core strengthening. Warmup : 321 300 Swim, 200 Pull, 100 kick. 6 x 75 ( swim,kick,swim) IM order less free. 6x 100 free ( smooth,medium,fast twice). 150 free with us flips. 400 IM for time. 2 x 300 pull ( one distance per stroke, one hypoxic). 8 x 50 IM order x 2. 50 scull. 4 x 125 building to all one stroke. 300 warm down.
