BEAR SWIMMING/ PVHS Workout 032118

Warmup : 222 (200 Swim,200 Pull,200 Kick). Main set: 6 x 150 (drill 50,Swim 50,kick 50 stroke). 50 Scull ( v sit). 9 x 50 free (3 X 3 , descending 1-3. Then repeat 3x. 4 X 200 drill in stroke order. 6 X 25 Sprints to be called out. 300 choice warm down. Long Course Meets in April, let’s have a strong showing.
