BEAR SWIMMING Workout 10418

321 Warmup 300 Choice Swim, 200 Pull or Drill, 100 Kick. 5 x 100 Kick on the 2:00. 4 x 75 build to sprint in stroke order. 50 Scull. 500 after Pull with breath control. 3 x 100 free descend. 2 x 200 short axis drills. 400 IM. 12 x 50 Sprint Callouts. 200 warm down.
