BEAR SWIMMING Workout # 805 120318
Warmup 321: 300 Choice Swim, 200 Pull or Drill, 100 Kick. We are going to focus on the 100 Freestyle and 100 Butterfly THIS WEEK. We are going to swim 100 x 125’s in a series of patterns to be explained as the week rolls on..... This is Meet prep for this Weekends race. Two weeks left before our Winter break. There will be several cross training dryland centered trail runs offered during break.Please step up to the challenge. Stay tuned for details. Thank you for Swimming Bear.
