Warmup 321 : 300 Choice Swim, 200 Pull or Drill,100 Kick. Main set 25 x 125 . 2 all out Sprint 125’s freestyle.2 x 125 25 Kick,100 Free Sprint. 2 x 50 fast free,25 medium,50 fast free. Repeat for butterfly, bringing us to 16. Last 9 kick or Drill based. 3 x kick swim kick (50+50+25).3x (100 Drill,25 Kick).3 x (50 Drill,75 Kick).Warm down. Thank you for Swimming Bear.
