BEAR SWIMMING Workout 020413

Stretching and light dryland. Aquatic Warmup :3,2,2 300 swim choice,200 pull, 200 kick. Main Set ; 5 x 5 - 50 butterfly, 50 backstroke,50 breaststroke and 50 fly with ten seconds rest in between. Then a 100 IM at Race Pace . 30 seconds rest ,then repeat 5 times. Kick set : 2 x 100 kicking on side utilizing dolphin and flutter kicks. 300 warm down.
