BEAR SWIMMING Workout 060114

Quick and condensed stretch. Standard warmup : 321 300 Swim, 200 Pull,100 kick. 6 x 50 Kick (variables). 9 x 100 (3 sets of 3 descending). 200 Breast stroke.100 Breast stroke kick. 6 x 50 Butterfly - 25 drill,25 swim. 12 x 25 freestyle(3 sets of 4) to be called out on deck. 200 breath control (5,7,9,11) . 300 warm down.
