BEAR SWIMMING Workout 061814

We will start with some dynamic stretches and light core strengthening. 222 warmup- 200 Swim,200 Pull,200 Kick. Today will be a SPEED workout, working on intense breakouts,and short distance sprints up to 100 yards. 10 x 25 Free on the .30. 10 x 50 Free on the 1:00. 6 x 100 IM on a tight interval. 12 x 50 kick sprints to be called out.6 x 25 Variable stroke. 150 free with underwater flips. 200 hypoxic at race pace.300 warm down.
