BEAR SWIMMING Workout 062314

Light dynamic stretch and quick core strengthening routine. Standard warmup : 321 300 Swim,200 Pull, 100 Kick. Today is STROKE Monday ,our stroke is Backstroke today. I have derived a set based on a Dave Collins Workout(Swim Swam sept. 2013) leading a swimmer to a Division 1 All American status. 3 x (3 x 100 Back descending 1-3)+ (4 x 75 Kick - descending 1-4) +( 3 x 50 Back @ 200 pace) + (4 x 75 easy free @ 2:00 interval). 150 warmdown.
